I’m a proud parent of two and grandparent to six, and family is a huge part of my life. My husband, Jeff, and I are childhood sweethearts and have been married for 37 years. These days, most of my hobbies tend to revolve around spending time with our kids and grandkids, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Professionally, I’ve spent nearly three decades at the helm of a major franchise, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where no two days are ever quite the same. Throughout my career, I’ve always tried to balance the demands of the business with a personal approach and a genuine focus on the people around me.

I’ve seen a lot change over the years, from industry shifts and economic cycles to the growing role of technology in how we work. But one thing I’ve learned is that while the tools may change, the fundamentals really don’t. Strong leadership, attention to detail, good people skills, and a willingness to work hard are timeless, and those are the values that have guided me throughout my career.
